The Miami Dolphins have fired head coach Mike McDaniel, the team announced on Thursday morning. This season, Miami missed the playoffs for the second consecutive year and went a combined 35-33 under McDaniel from 2022-25.
The Dolphins fired general manager Chris Grier in November.
