The Favorite: Aaron Judge opened as the favorite pre-tournament, but Shohei Ohtani has moved to the front of the pack. Through the tournament so far, Ohtani is batting .556 with 21 plate appearances, two home runs and a 2.025 OPS.
Ones to Watch: Two names that have leaped up the board are Bobby Witt Jr. (USA) and Junior Caminero (DOM). Witt opened at +2200 but now sits at +1500. He’s batting .377 with three stolen bases. Caminero’s odds were nowhere near the top of the board, but he’s now at +1800. He’s batting .286 so far in the tournament with two home runs.
