Andhra Prabha Editor Arrested

Chandrasekhar, In-charge Editor and Vijay Lakshmi, Sub Editor of Telugu Daily, Andhra Prabha were arrested along with other employees of the newspaper by Jubilee Hills Police. It is alleged that this newspaper had published a ridiculous material against Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) on 1st May. Venkat Reddy, Inspector of Police, Jubilee Hills told that these arrests have been made under section 295-A (Hurting religious sentiments) of Indian Penal Code.
