Mount Everest base camp achievers of JGI Students Felicitated
Felicitated JGI Schools students achieving world record for reach Mount Everest base camp. On this eve a victory Lap (Rally) i.e. covering all the twin cities of JGI Schools Hyderabad viz., Shamirpet, Tadbund and Reached to Kondapur Jain heritage Cambridge school campus.
World record achievers all 25 kids was felicitated by JGI schools and Dronacharya Awardee Ramesh Nagapuri. Acivers intereacted with all the other children sharing their experiences.
Ms. Jahnavi Sriperumbuduru, India’s Youngest Professional Mountaineer led the trek accompanied with Dr. Chandrashekar DP, CEO JGI Schools as the contingent leader and Dr. Krishna Rao, Director Janjay Adventures as the Program Director was present at Ceremony.

As an awareness & gesture, it is a delectable moment to celebrate for the JGI Schools, as the contingent comprising of students between 7-15 years, who were on an expedition to the Mt. Everest Base Camp had returned having accomplished their mission on 23rd October, 2017.
This was the chant which escaped the lips of the students from JGI Schools, Hyderabad as they inched towards their goal - ‘Everest Base Camp’ located atop 5364 meters in the mighty Himalayas.
The world’s largest contingent of school children comprising of 10 girls and 13 boys along with 7 adults totalling to 30 people strong contingent set their foot on Everest Base Camp and tied the ‘mantra’ flags on 18 October 2017 at 4:50 pm IST.
