Bellamkonda Srinivas much-anticipated film Saakshyam has finally hit the screens. The film has grabbed the attention ever since the trailer got released. Let’s see whether it reached the expectations or not.
Vishwa (Bellamkonda Srinivas) is a rich NRI and meets Soundarya Lahari (Pooja Hegde) abroad and falls in love with her. To get his love, he comes to India and unexpectedly, involves in a fight with Munu Swamy (Jagapathi Babu). Then, he gets to know his flashback and starts killing Munu Swamy and his brothers. The other elements like what is the flashback and whether he will get back his love or not will form the rest of the story.
The main advantage of the film is the production values. They didn’t leave any stone unturned to make the film look rich and grandeur. Each and every frame looks fantastic and stunning. The action sequences are a major highlight of this film. The mass audience will definitely become the fan of Bellamkonda with this film.
Bellamkonda Srinivas did a great job and improved a lot in this film. He proved his mettle once again in action sequences. Pooja Hedge steals the show with her acting and glamour. After DJ, this film will definitely become another milestone in her career. Bellamkonda and Pooja’s online chemistry is top notch. Anantha Sriram’s lyrics are good. The supporting cast like Jagapathi Babu and Ravi Kishan, Ashutosh Rana did well in their respective roles. Vennela Kishore did a good job.
But the director failed to focus much on the songs and they can be a bit better. The love track also needs a lot of improvement. There are so many unwanted scenes in the first twenty minutes of the film and the editor can cut off few among them.
The background score for this film is superb and Harshavardhan did a great job. The music looks gripping and it elevates the action sequences a lot. The cinematography is top notch and the dialogues are fantastic. The director did a good job and the way he presented the story is stunning.
On a whole, Saakshyam is a mass entertainer which has a theme that we have seen never before on Indian box office. The mass audience will definitely like it and with this film, the mass image of Bellamkonda Srinivas will get doubled.
